HELLKATZ DESIGN OFFICES
Only 400 square feet with 8 windows that have open views facing south and a terrace. The desk/library area was previously an unused building corridor 3’6” wide by 40’ long. By creating a series of bays defined three archways we created workstation areas and used the remaining room as the conference area. Originally designed to house the Katz Hellerstein Design, the offices were later taken over by Susan Sontag as a writing studio.
