EAST 75TH STREET BROWNSTONE RENOVATION
The façade was restored and the interior renovated for this 1880 brownstone on a landmark block. We replicated existing keystones and brickwork to make the preexisting 1940 fifth floor addition harmonize with the existing 1880 façade. We added a high-speed elevator and a new roof deck which includes a custom cast concrete balustrade.
